What We Do

Work Permit
Work/Residence Permit is a documents issued to Foreign Nationals who wish to engage in paid or unpaid employment in Kenya.
There are different classes of Permits grouped in various classes from class A to M.

Passes
Passes are issued by immigration officers under Regulation 26 of the 2012 Act to applicants who meet the requirements on terms and conditions as specified.
Once issued, the Passes cannot be cancelled or varied before a holder is given sufficient notice and an opportunity to be heard.

Permanent Residence
Permanent Residency (PR) status grants a person a right to enter and remain in Kenya without any time limit on his or her stay.
This enables the applicant and Dependents to freely take up Employment, live or study in Kenya.

Citizenship
There are several categories of Kenyan Citizenship. This could be acquired through retention of the Citizenship, regaining or Registration as Kenyan Citizen.

Visas
Application for entry to Kenya can be made online or at the point of entry if the applicant is not a National of a Country that require referred Visas and approval by the Director of Immigration Services.

Registration of Foreign Nationals
The Registration of Foreign Nationals is governed by the Kenya Citizenship and Immigration Act of 2011 part VII (56) 2 laws of Kenya.
